Introduction These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the sales of all products and services by OTB Products Pty Ltd (“We”, “Our”, or “Us”) to you, the purchaser (“You”, “Your”, “Customer”). By placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Orders: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject any order without obligation to assign any reason for doing so. Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours after placing the order for goods that have not been dispatched, and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Prices and Payment: All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice but won’t affect orders already accepted. Full payment is required at the time of order unless credit terms have been established. Additionally, Special Orders require 50% non-refundable deposit paid at the time of order if credit terms are in place.

Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for any delays. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. If you fail to accept delivery, we may charge you for the additional shipping costs.

Returns and Refunds We adhere to Australian Consumer Law for any returns or refunds. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose or does not match the description, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us.

Product Descriptions We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Warranties We warrant that the products will comply with their specifications and be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. All other warranties and representations, except those which are non-excludable in law, are excluded.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permissible by law, our liability for any loss or damage, including those under Australian Consumer Law, is limited to replacing or repairing the products, or refunding the price of the products.

Safety Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the products are used correctly and in line with any included instructions or guidelines. We assume no liability for any injury or damage caused by misuse or inappropriate use of any products sold.

Force Majeure We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, labour disputes, or natural disasters.

Indemnity You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property All content, designs, text, graphics, software, and other material on our website are our intellectual property or the intellectual property of our suppliers.
